Deliverance and Healing Scriptures

In Mathew 4 we see how the devil tempted Jesus by twisting the word of God but Jesus rightly quoted the word of God and defeated the enemy.  Therefore, it is imperative that we learn, meditate and quote the word of God out loud, especially when we are tempted or harassed by the enemy.

The word of God is the sword of the Spirit and like a natural sword it is an offensive weapon used to defeat the enemy.  There is power in the word of God (Hebrews 4:12).
